Our team is looking for a Part time to full time Front Desk Assistant.
If you are a people person, love working with kids, working in a team orientated and fast paced environment, are energetic and enthusiastic then this is the job for you! Core Responsibilities Answer phones and greet all customers in a courteous and professional manner Respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely, consistent manner through digital platforms and the front desk Articulate all of our offerings across classes/programs, events and camps to customers as well as billing statements/charges and our policies Disseminate and/or post information, program updates, and marketing collateral as needed Help with the registration process, class scheduling and record keeping in JackRabbit Class Management Software Help Monitor gym and office supplies and order additional items as necessary Ensure front desk, reception, and general public areas are maintained and cleaned daily Work closely with team members to build a first class experience Ideal Candidate Love helping people Has knowledge of a gym setting Computer skills with a strong foundation in Microsoft Office and/or Google Drive Must be team-oriented, exhibit strong attention to detail, and be a confident leader 1
Years of experience working in a fast paced office with customer service experience Class Management or booking software a plus +
The ability to learn and adapt to change Hours Hours will vary slightly with high volume times (seasonally) and demands of the facility.
Position will be 10-30 hours per week.
Must have availability weekday afternoons after school (3pm) through evenings Coverage on 1-2 Saturday morning are a must Job Types:

00 - $17.
00 per hour Shift:
4 hour shift Work Location:
In person.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
