- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival - Schedule and confirm patient appointments - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries - Maintain patient records and update information as necessary - Collect payments and provide receipts - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting preferred - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy requirements - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - High attention to detail and accuracy As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients.
