By being the first and last face a guest sees during their time with us, hosts play an integral part in creating a memorable experience at Villa Napoletana.
As such, we are seeking charismatic, outgoing, and friendly individuals to join a talented front of house team as we continue to offer some of the best Southern Italian cuisine around! Position responsibilities include:
Use of Opentable to organize reservations in a cohesive, logical manner Informing servers/management of specific guest requests, notes, events, etc.
Booking call-ahead reservations Taking carry-out orders Functional knowledge of Villa Napoletana's menu, floor plan, and general information to assist guests with questions Job Type:
