Position includes scheduling, billing, verbal/written communication with patients, financial arrangement presentations, and ongoing daily interactions with dentist, patients, and staff.
Understanding of insurance plans, self motivated, energetic with exceptional customer service skills a must.
Basic computer skills and knowledge is required.
