8K - $53K a year Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our office staff.
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, greeting and checking in patients, dispensing eye glasses and contact lenses, and medical billing.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Training will be provided.
Duties - Manage the office calendar, scheduling appointments - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, ensuring displays are filled - Work alongside part time and full time staff, providing support as needed - Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic - Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence - Perform with financial tasks, including invoicing, and billing - Previous experience in medical office management or a similar role preferred - Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with medical billing a plus - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of phone systems and other office equipment Job Types:
