The primary goal of this position is to develop new relationships with manufacturing or distribution businesses that produce a large amount of recyclable waste. The main responsibilities will be to close deals and drive profits, and will also include identifying and prospecting for new clients through company research, cold calling, warm lead follow up, networking, industry conferences, and presentations about our services.
Successful people in this role have extremely strong interpersonal skills and are outgoing, assertive, high energy and can project confidence. They are also quick learners, competitive, strong decision makers, driven to succeed, even-keeled, and open to feedback. We are also very interested in fit with our culture, as we have built a cohesive team where everyone helps each other and has fun while striving to do their best.
AllEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
