In this multi-functional position, you will be part of the 2nd shift molding team on our manufacturing floor, where you'll work in an automated molding process to produce product as well as support the department in other molding production tasks.

As an Injection Mold Senior Technician your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and controlling process conditions on a group of molding machines, robots and related processes to ensure quality and quantity production standards are met
  • Following documented work instructions, monitoring materials, molds, equipment, cycle times, and part quality
  • Resolving issues related to tooling alignment, part handling, runner containment, part placement, process, etc., through proper adjustment of program coordinates, speeds, timers, sensors, and tooling hardware
  • Performing preventive maintenance on machines and molds to ensure equipment and tooling are in proper working order
  • Supporting the molding team in other departmental work as required to maintain the production output in accordance with the production schedule

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
