Sr. Finance Manager, Lenox Bandsaw

Job Description Job Specifications: The Sr. Manager Finance is responsible for Commercial Finance to support the Global Band Saw business, working closely with Business GM and cross functional teams to drive growth, improve financial performance, helping to unleash value and optimize investments, drive process improvements.  The position reports to the CFO of the Industrial Group.    The role includes the following Key Responsibilities: Lead the Commercial financesupport for Lenox Band Saw business, to ensure growth and profitability Consistently deliver Operating Plan on all key financial metrics Establish a culture of strong financial discipline, with strong internal controls across the organization ensuring accurate and timely reporting, adhering to GTS processes and rhythms Standardize, simplify, and automate supporting processes to turn to culture of business partners and value-add vs manual and transactional Be a strong Business Partner with ability to proactively support cross-functional leadership team Communicate, evaluate and develop long term solutions for all aspects of the financial performance of the business with key stake holders Lead the strategic planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting process for the business Balance meeting monthly business requirements while aligning the organization with longer term strategic initiatives Lead working capital optimization with the business teams Establish and oversee overall work plan development, execution and cadence Analyze monthly results and report to senior management; analyze performance trends to help build forecasts, guidance, incentive compensation targets Work with business teams to drive process improvements and improve financial results and forecast EmployeeSpecifications: 8+ years of financeexperience in a progressive leadership roles BS in Accounting or Finance with strong analytical skills (CPA or MBApreferred) Strong interpersonal skills, acting as a Business Partner across all functions Ability to effectively prioritize and manage projects to deadlines Track record of exceeding financial commitments Strong leader who can delegate, develop, and motivate a high-performing finance team Effective and clear communicator with direct reports and senior key executives Able to develop business modeling tools to support decision making Professional, strong collaborator, keen analytical ability, and proactive problem solving skill Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Requisition Number 58623BR

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
